How many guests can I invite?
A. Up
to 25
kids For the Mega Jump package or 15 kids for the Mini Jump package.

What if I have more than the guest limit for my party?
A. You
will be charged $10 per extra guest over the 25/15 allowed.
Q.
When should the guests arrive? And when should the host arrive?
A. Both the host and
the guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time. The 15
minute window allows time for all the guests to check in and
participate in an orientation prior to entering the Jump Zones. If
you arrive too early you will be waiting in the lobby with guests
from another party. It is best to have as little waiting time as
possible for the kids.
Q.
Can I bring in my own food?
A. You can bring cake or
cupcakes. No
other outside food or drinks allowed. You may order pizzas and
drinks in
advance from us, which will be delivered to your party.
Q.
What should guests wear to the
party?
A. Comfortable clothes such as jogging or workout type
clothes work best. No pants or shorts with external zippers or
rivets are allowed. No eyeglasses, jewelry, or any sharp objects. No belts are allowed
and socks must be worn.

When do you need to know my head count for the pizza?
A. We
automatically call you the day before your party to take your
orders. Please have your head count ready one day prior to your
party. Our pizza vendor requires the orders the night before. You
may place your orders earlier if you have the final counts, just
give us a call.
Q.
What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have
placed my order for pizza and balloons?
A. For pizza, your order has been placed the night
before and cannot be lowered on the day of your party. However,
depending on the time of your party, you may be able to add to your
order.
Q.
How much does a large pizza feed for the adults and what about their
drinks?
A. A
large has 10 slices. Please determine how many adults you think you
will have and how many pizzas you want for them. Soda is available
for only $.99 per person.
Q.
Can I order large pizzas for the kids too?
A. No.
You have to pay the $2.95/kid price for their pizza. That will
include 2 slices and a drink for each child. Then, after you order
for the kids, we are able to give you the per pizza price for
the adults.
Q.
What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
A. A cake knife,
candles & matches. We will supply plates, napkins and utensils.
Q.
Can I bring my own decorations and paper products and set them
up before my party?
A. We
provide plates, forks, cups and napkins free of charge, however,
they are generic. If you would like to bring your own paper
products, you may do so and we will set them up for you.
Q.
Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
A. We do not allow anything to be hung or taped to the
walls or the ceiling. Also no confetti or silly string is allowed.
If these items are used, you will be subject to a $40 clean-up fee.
Q.
Are my guests required to sign waivers?
A. Absolutely. No one
is allowed inside the jump zones without a signed waiver on file.
Your guests can use the waiver attached to the invitations or we can
give them one when they arrive.
Q.
What should I tip the party coordinators?
A.
Your party coordinators work hard so you don't have to. It is
their goal to make your party a huge success. Most guests tip
between 10% and 20% of the total bill.
